In 2008, The Oregon Festival & Events Association awarded Dunefest with the highest honor - the Ovation Award for "The Best Sporting Event in Oregon". With some of the greatest scenery and sand dunes in the country, this event has a ton to offer for the ATV/UTV enthusiast. Even with the economic downturn, this year's reservations and event planning "went very well", says coordinator Joe Mirvis, and the event drew record attendance again for 2009. For the 3rd year in a row, Sand Wizards Racing has helped sponsor this event by teaming with the Chamber Of Commerce, Mod Quad, and Meyer Media to provide volunteers and run many of the activities. We are honored to have played part in this year's success and would like to say congratulations to the Reedsport/Winchester Bay Chamber of Commerce for 2009. Thank you for making this event possible!
